Stride Women's Social

We’ll kick things off with a quick intro and a 5-minute stretch and connection, giving everyone a chance to meet a few new faces before we head out. From there, we'll go for a short run or walk around the park.

We'll then meet back at a cafe for coffee and good conversation.
