our roles

CREW

As a crew member, you’ll engage with our mission on a hands-on level. You’ll be part of mental health initiatives that help break the stigma, offer support to individuals in need, and raise awareness within the community. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work alongside passionate, like-minded people who share your commitment to mental well-being.

Through mentorship and ongoing training, you’ll expand your understanding of mental health and develop the skills needed to make a real difference. Whether you’re participating in our programs, facilitating workshops, or lending a supportive ear, your contributions will have a direct and lasting impact.

CUSTODIAN

After 6 to 12 months of being on the crew, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a Custodian role— a leadership position within our team. Custodians are mentors, guiding newer members and helping them find their place in the mission. As a Custodian, you’ll take on more responsibility, such as organising events and ensuring that our initiatives are impactful and aligned with our goals.

You’ll play an integral part in shaping the future of our organisation, ensuring that our message of support and understanding reaches even more people. This is more than a leadership position—it’s a chance to make a meaningful difference in our community.
