Talk2MeBro is excited to announce we will launch our first regular Community Catchup in Maitland at Harold Gregson Reserve, expanding our support programs to provide local access for Hunter Valley residents.

While we have delivered programs, events and workshops in the Hunter region area since 2019, this marks our first Catchup program for the local Maitland community.

"Part of our vision is to make mental health support easily accessible to everyone"

Over the past few years, we have supported over 50,000 people across the Newcastle region through face-to-face programs, delivering more than 60 free community events annually with 50 trained local facilitators. We have partnered with councils, schools, workplaces, gyms and sporting clubs to help create safe spaces for genuine conversations about mental health.

“We’ve seen the incredible impact these regular catchups have in Newcastle and beyond, and we're excited to bring that same sense of community and connection to Maitland,” said Director, Luke Conners.

"Part of our vision is to make mental health support easily accessible to everyone. By expanding our reach, we hope to give the people of Maitland, and the Hunter Valley, access to support and genuine connection, right in their own backyard." The Catch-ups are casual gatherings designed to bring people together to discuss mental health, share experiences, and build connections.

The Maitland Catchups will provide residents with mental health support through relaxed conversation, breathwork exercises, and connection in a safe, non-judgmental environment, allowing participants to find solace in knowing they are not alone in their journey. All community members are welcome to attend.
